I earned a Masters of Science Degree in Counseling/Human Services at National-Louis University. I now practice as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. I have also participated in the LGBT post-graduate certificate program.
Prior to becoming a clinical professional counselor and psychotherapist, I earned a degree in teaching and also worked in a trade for several years. Ten years ago I acknowledged the call to become a counselor which has been persistent for most of my adult life.
I have lived in the Wauconda area since 1991, loving the abundance of water, woods and fresh air. I love to travel, spend time gardening, go boating and am an avid reader of anything related to my field.
I have always loved relational work and the connection between mind, body and spirit. Today, I am grateful I am able to do this work on a daily basis.
